2. Data collected on this site

The stunoa.com website collects no passive browsing data (no third-party cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixel).

The only data collected is via the contact form, and only when you submit it voluntarily:

• Full name
• Institution
• Role
• Work email
• Free-text message (optional)

3. Purpose

This data is used solely to get back to you in connection with your enquiry and to discuss a possible partnership with your institution. It is never sold, transferred or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent (GDPR article 6.1.a) when you submit the form, and on the legitimate interest of Stunoa in responding to your commercial enquiry (article 6.1.f).

5. Retention period

Your data is kept for 24 months from the date of last contact, a duration deemed necessary for the B2B education sales cycle. After that, it is deleted unless a subsequent contractual agreement applies.

6. Hosting and sub-processors

Your data is transmitted and stored with the following providers, all GDPR-compliant:

• Firebase (Google Ireland): site and form-submission function hosting (region europe-west1, Belgium).
• Resend: sending the notification email to Stunoa once the form is submitted.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data at any time:

• Restriction of processing
• Portability

8. Cookies

This site uses no audience-measurement, advertising or tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is required because no non-strictly-necessary cookie is set.
