What drives the price

Two variables, not three tiers.

The price is built from two simple parameters: school size and term length. The brackets below are conversation anchors, not a rigid grid.

Variable 1

School size

01

Small school

Fewer than 1,500 students

Specialised schools, regional engineering schools, IAEs.

02

Mid-size school

1,500 to 5,000 students

Business schools, engineering schools and mid-size universities.

03

Large school

Over 5,000 students

Multi-campus universities, leading schools, high-density institutions.

Variable 2

Commitment length

Three commitment lengths are available. The longer the term, the larger the discount.

1 year

Annual commitment

Our base plan, with no discount. The partnership runs for one year.

2 years

Two-year commitment

A pricing discount applies. The partnership runs for two full years.

3 years

Three-year commitment

Maximum discount. The partnership runs for three full years.

When to start

Start at your next moment of need, not only in September.

Whatever month you sign in, the launch to students is set to the next key moment in the calendar. And there are several across the year, not just September.

01

September

The start of the year

New cohorts arrive and no one has a group yet: the need is immediate. The launch is set to your induction week, with your relays (student life, student union, associations).

02

January

The second semester

The second semester is a real second start: courses change, new project groups form, exchange students arrive. As many reasons to find a group again, without waiting another year.

03

December or May-June

During exams

You can also launch mid-semester, around exams or the kick-off of a major graded group project: that's when the need to revise and organise together peaks.

Principles

Common to every plan.

01

No per-student licence

The subscription covers every student of the school. You are not penalised when your numbers grow.

02

Onboarding included

Tenant set-up branded as your school and adoption workshop with your internal relays: all included in the initial subscription, with no setup fee on top.

03

Contractual grace period

If renegotiation takes time, a 30-day grace period ensures continuity of service for your students.

04

Portable data

At the end of the contract, you can export all activity. No technical lock-in.

Frame it together

Building your school's quote.

The final price depends on the size of your school and the commitment length. Thirty minutes to frame a fitting proposal.
